What we do

One area, four types of meeting

RGM Meetings is the unit of the ecosystem devoted to organising events of every kind. It coordinates the schedule, looks after the message and supports the organisers, so that mentoring reaches more people, in more cities and in more languages.

01 · Online

Virtual Forums

Thematic cycles held online three days a week. Each cycle takes a topic and discusses it from the standpoint of mentoring, with different perspectives and professions.

02 · In person

Mentors' Meetings

Local spaces to get to know mentoring in person, in each Ambassador's city.

  • Mentors' Breakfasts
  • After Offices
  • University visits
  • Company visits

They are organised by RGM Ambassadors in their cities and countries. RGM Meetings coordinates them and supports them with the Mentoring Outreach Manual, so that everyone conveys the same message and the same standard.

Humanising Professions and Trades

RGMx is the brand under which Ambassadors promote mentoring in their city or country, with the same message and the same standard. Among the formats defined in the Manual, mentors' meetings are organised as follows:

Company workshopHalf a day (2 to 6 hours)
Mentors' Breakfast60 to 90 minutes
Mentors' AfterOffice90 minutes

How an activity is organised, in six steps:

  1. Define
  2. Authorise
  3. Prepare
  4. Carry out
  5. Accompany
  6. Evaluate
If you are an Ambassador and want to organise a meeting, the RGMx licence is requested from Academia Global RGM. Source: Mentoring Outreach Manual, MDM-1010-02, October 2026.
03 · International

International Symposia

They take place over several days, in different languages and with special guests: leaders from other communities who share their perspective.

They are very useful for the expansion of mentoring, because they build bridges between communities and countries. Each symposium has its own promotional page.

Why we hold meetings

Humanising Professions and Trades

Technology takes on more and more tasks; mentoring develops the judgement, ethics and responsibility of those who practise each profession. Every meeting aims for two outcomes, in this order:

  • Spread the word about mentoring: so that attendees understand what it is, why it matters and how it can transform their profession or trade.
  • Awaken an interest in training and certifying as a mentor: a clear and always voluntary route for anyone who wants to take the next step.
Dates, registration and payments

Why is everything at Holding Mentors?

The dates of all meetings are published in Upcoming Meetings, and registration and payment are made right there, because Holding Mentors has the ecosystem's payment gallery.

It is the same reason why the other RGM sites link there: Holding Mentors is the legal, administrative, accounting and financial representative of the mentoring ecosystem now taking shape.
