MasterMentors
The highest distinction the Global Mentoring Network confers on those who have left a legacy in the community.
This distinction is an honour reserved for mentors who, beyond their career, have known how to cultivate a legacy and are committed to leaving it as an inheritance to the international community of mentors.
It is not a symbolic or decorative title; it is a recognition that transcends the individual: it means belonging to a lineage of living, transferable wisdom, a school that inspires, guides and strengthens future generations of mentors all over the world.

For his conscious leadership and decisive contribution to the consolidation of professional mentoring
In the RGM, the figure of Rafael Guillermo Hernández Molina holds a significant place: a tireless promoter of mentoring as a global discipline, Rafael has devoted his career to raising practice beyond the intuitive, promoting structured, ethical and evolving mentoring capable of generating real impact on people, organisations and communities.

Viola Edward receives the RGM Master Mentor distinction for expanding mentoring on a global scale from a deeply humanistic commitment.
In a world crying out for leadership with purpose, mentoring needs ambassadors able to carry its message beyond training rooms and one-to-one sessions. Viola Edward is, without doubt, one of those voices.
She has not only practised mentoring with mastery, but has turned it into a global cause, a bridge between cultures, a living energy in the service of collective transformation. A co-founder of the Global Mentoring Network, she has been tireless in her mission to bring mentoring to international forums, leadership summits and meetings on equity, mental health, entrepreneurship and human rights. There she has established the art of accompaniment as a key tool for peace, inclusion and the evolution of social awareness.
Viola does not preach from a distance: she embodies what she teaches. Her presence radiates humanity, her words sow commitment and her actions weave community. In her journey, mentoring is not merely technique or methodology: it is connection, resonance and shared responsibility for the unfolding of the world.
Thanks to her work, mentoring has been woven into initiatives of international reach, generating impact in diverse communities, making visible its power as an agent of change and linking it with the great causes of our time: social justice, women's empowerment, intergenerational dialogue and human sustainability.
For her broad vision, her generous dedication and her serene yet firm activism, the Global Mentoring Network confers on her the distinction of Master Mentor.
Not as a point of arrival, but as recognition of someone who has made of her life a movement, of her words a network and of her mentoring an act of collective love.

Dr. Nelson de J. Rueda receives the RGM Master Mentor distinction for building the academic body that underpins the professionalisation of mentoring.
Every discipline that aspires to endure needs thought, method and structure. And every community that seeks to transcend requires a shared language, a clear pedagogy and a solid academic foundation. That is precisely what Dr. Nelson de J. Rueda has given to global mentoring: a rigorous, accessible and deeply human training architecture.
In his role as Director of the Academy of the Global Mentoring Network, he designed and led the development of the BPM, CPM and CXPM programmes, creating an evolving pathway for those who are beginning, consolidating or aspiring to mastery in the art of accompaniment. His contribution was not only programmatic but also epistemological, didactic, conceptual and ethical.
With an integrating vision and a deep command of human development processes, he coordinated the publication of the Functional Guides to Mentoring: a collection that not only transmits knowledge but forms consciences, shapes practices and honours the transformative spirit of the true mentor.
Thanks to his work, today the Global Mentoring Network has:
- A structured academic body that ensures quality, coherence and progression in training.
- A common language that unites mentors from diverse cultures and contexts under shared ethical and methodological principles.
- A professional certification process with solid foundations and requirements aligned with the mission of making a meaningful impact on lives.
But beyond the programmes and the texts, Dr. Rueda has sown a way of thinking about and feeling mentoring, in which knowledge is put at the service of purpose and accompanying another is understood as an act of sacred responsibility.
For his academic vision, his leadership in training, his constant and quiet commitment, and for having given shape, depth and legitimacy to the professionalisation of mentoring, the Global Mentoring Network confers on him the distinction of Master Mentor.
A recognition that not only honours his career but acknowledges him as the one who built —with wisdom, humility and generosity— the academic pillar that sustains our collective mission.

Eng. Alejandro Fabricio Motta receives the RGM Master Mentor distinction.
For turning a local initiative into a global mentoring ecosystem.
There are people who do not merely embrace a dream: they structure it, make it grow and turn it into a legacy. Eng. Alejandro Fabricio Motta is one of those people. His story with mentoring does not begin with a search for titles or an ambition to be noticed, but with an authentic passion for connecting, structuring and projecting the transformative power of human accompaniment.
In 2013, when mentoring was still fertile but little-explored ground, Eng. Alejandro Motta took the first fruits sown by Dr. Fernando Daniel Peiró Herrera and gave them form, method, horizon and structure. That is how today's Global Mentoring Network (RGM) was born: a professional ecosystem that now connects hundreds of mentors, trains mentors, certifies careers and gives visibility and institutional backing to those who practise this noble discipline.
Alejandro did not simply organise a network: he built a conceptual, ethical and operational architecture that turned an emerging community into an international organisation. Under his leadership:
- Professional certification platforms were designed and launched, organised by level.
- Training processes, manuals, standards and protocols were created that today give solidity to the practice of mentoring.
- Mentoring was promoted as an autonomous, distinctive discipline, with an identity of its own and planetary reach.
- Spaces for visibility, publications, seminars and networks of collaboration between countries and cultures were generated.
But beyond institutional achievements, Eng. Motta has been, above all, a mentor of entrepreneurs. He has accompanied individual processes, driven talent, sown confidence and sustained with humility and constancy a body of work that many admire but few know in its deeper dimension.
His strategic thinking, his management ability and his tireless dedication establish him as one of the most influential architects of the contemporary legacy of mentoring. If today we can speak of a Global Mentoring Network with reach, standards and a sense of mission, it is because Eng. Motta dared to turn a local initiative into a global, coherent and sustainable proposal.
A tireless writer, among his most significant works are: Mentor & Gurú, Mentoría en Gestión de Proyectos, Emprender Después de los 50 Años, Edad Espiritual, El Mentor Experto, Guía para Desarrollar Modelos de Mentoría, El Éxito de un Mentor Profesional, Transfiriendo Sabiduría, Reflexiones de un Emprendedor Serial, Los Ocho Dominios del Emprendedor,…
For all this —and beyond what is visible— the Global Mentoring Network confers on him, with honour and gratitude, the distinction of Master Mentor. Not only as recognition of his career, but as testimony to a living legacy that will keep growing as long as there is someone willing to accompany another on their path of development.

Fernando Daniel Peiró Herrera receives the RGM Master Mentor distinction for being the original sower of a community of mentors.
The history of mentoring in Ibero-America cannot be written without mentioning Dr. Fernando Daniel Peiró Herrera. When there was as yet no common language for speaking about professional mentoring, when the term was barely emerging in organisations and in talent-development processes, he was already sowing the future.
It was 2011 and, far from passing fashions or institutional recognition, Fernando had the courage to see before others did. He convened, united and built bridges between professionals passionate about human development. His initiative was not merely editorial: it was foundational.
Through a collaborative magazine —which brought together reflections, articles, testimonies and models of accompaniment— he planted the first seed of what is flowering today as the Global Mentoring Network (RGM).
Today, in recognising Fernando Daniel Peiró Herrera as an RGM Master Mentor, we do not merely celebrate a brilliant professional: we honour the original sower, the one who with vision and generosity opened the furrow where so many now cultivate their mission as mentors.
This distinction is an act of symbolic justice and deep gratitude. For if mentoring today has a home, a community and a shared cause, it is because someone —over a decade ago— believed in the sowing long before seeing the harvest.
