How endorsement works
The process for endorsing a training programme
- Endorsement requestSend your intention to have a programme endorsed and request the guide with the evaluation criteria.
- Programme submissionSubmit the structured programme, with objectives, modules, content, methodology and the trainer's profile.
- Academic reviewThe Academy's Committee reviews the proposal against methodological and ethical standards.
- RecommendationsWhere applicable, adjustments are suggested and support is given to improve the proposal.
- Validation and endorsementThe official endorsement and the Programme Certified Seal of the RGM Academy are issued.
- Optional promotionYour programme can be included and promoted from the RGM Academy's official catalogue.
First step
Academic Endorsement Agreement
We are sharing with you the Academic Endorsement Agreement of the RGM Academy. This document formalises the process through which we will assess and, where appropriate, endorse your training programme, giving it professional backing and international certification.
The agreement sets out the conditions, responsibilities and benefits of carrying the official seal of the RGM Academy. Once it has been read and signed, we can move on to the academic review.
Second step
Your programme portfolio
To submit your programme you will need to put together a portfolio of three modules: a core module (provided by the RGM), one specific to your field and one practical module. It includes the study plan, objectives, content, methods, materials and assessment strategies. The structure must be clear, coherent and aligned with the values of mentoring. You can ask for templates and guidance. The Academic Committee will review your proposal and suggest adjustments if necessary.
Annex
A practical, operational guide
The annex serves as a practical guide to help the Expert Mentor present their training programme to the RGM Academy. It includes editable templates and formats for structuring the study plan, profiling the teaching team, defining assessment criteria, writing reflective logs and preparing closing reports. It ensures pedagogical coherence, makes the Academic Committee's review easier and standardises the documentation for a fair, clear and professional evaluation.
