Academic proposal for Spanish-speaking universities and educational institutes — Academia Global RGM

Higher education is going through a historic moment of profound transformation. Institutions are no longer called on only to pass on technical knowledge, but to train professionals with judgement, awareness, maturity and the ability to accompany complex human processes. In this context, mentoring emerges as a strategic discipline for the twenty-first century.

Engineers, doctors, lawyers, business people, educators and public managers make decisions that affect other people. Training them in mentoring raises the human standard of professional practice.

Why bring mentoring into your institution?

  • It humanises professional practice.
  • It develops judgement and discernment.
  • It strengthens emotional and ethical maturity.
  • It improves decision-making.
  • It has a positive impact on organisations and communities.
  • It fits across all professions.

Comprehensive institutional support

Academia Global RGM does not replace the university: it works with it strategically.

  • Academic and pedagogical support.
  • Its own, carefully curated reading list.
  • Training of Teaching Mentors.
  • Help with regulatory compliance.
  • Complementary international certification.
  • Integration into a global network active on all five continents.

The institution keeps its academic autonomy while gaining access to a unified, internationally recognised conceptual framework.
